MARGOT T. MCCRAY GOUGH Is the founder & owner of MTM Dance Factory. Margot is a member of the Associated Dance Teachers of New Jersey, Dance New Jersey, AH Chamber of Commerce & was a Greater Media News, ”Greater Women of Central NJ “nominee. She is also the founder of ”DANCE EXPRESS”, a volunteer dance program for local school districts. She hopes to pass on her love and knowledge of this art form to many aspiring dancers. Mrs McCray Gough has taught and choreographed for many dance institutions throughout NJ. This lead her to coordinate and choreograph for many dance competitions, benefits and special events. Margot's dance experience began at the age of seven. She trained at the Red Bank Regional Vocational Performing Arts before being selected for the Governor's School for the Arts of New Jersey. Accepted into the SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory, she trained extensively in ballet and modern. Mrs McCray Gough continued her dance education in New York City at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance for modern and Broadway Dance Center for jazz and funk.Taking a new and exciting experience, Margot T. McCray Gough was then selected into the New Jersey Nets Power-N-Motion Dance Team. This brought a whole new world of television, print, and promotional work. Coming into the New York City’s dance scene, Margot was introduced to many underground house and hip hop freestyle techniques. This created a new surge of curiosity and enthusiastic energy towards the amazing art form of freestyle dance. She went on to choreograph and perform hip hop and house for Ian Van Dahl’s “Castle in the Sky” tour on the East Coast. Margot has since then had a few MTV appearances and has danced for such artists as Duane Harding, George Lamond and Anthony Lamont. Coming full circle in the dance world, Mrs. McCray Gough is ready to create the dance experience at MTM Dance Factory.

OLIVIA M. MCCAULEY
Is part owner of MTM Dance Factory. Olivia McCauley began her cheerleading career at the age of seven and continued on through her senior year of high school. She was captain of both her Pop Warner and high school squad. Olivia then decided to explore the world of dance. She was a student of MTM Dance Factory of Atlantic Highlands, NJ for two years. Soon after Olivia started taking classes at MTM, she was selected for the MTM Senior Dance Troupe. With the MTM Dance Troupe, Olivia has performed and choreographed for Six Flags Great Adventure Dance Fest, the pre-game show for the New Jersey Nets at Continental Airlines Arena, teen nights at Club Abyss in Sayreville, 106.3 Fashion Show at Jenkinson’s in Point Pleasant, special events at Deko Lounge in Sayreville, a Norwegian cruise ship to the Bahamas, as well as local venues in the town of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Olivia was then invited to join the MTM Assistant Teaching Program. The program is designed for well-trained dance students to further their dance education. Olivia learned how to instruct dance classes, prepare lesson plans, and choreograph dance pieces for classes of all ages. Olivia excelled in the assistant teaching program, so she was asked to join the MTM Faculty in which she began teaching her own classes at MTM. This is her third year teaching dance for students ages four through adult. Olivia attends many dance conventions and consistently takes class at Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Her other teaching credits include the Children’s Cultural Center in Red Bank, NJ. Olivia is committed to inspiring her students to find their passion for dance within, and teach them to push their limits and never give up.
Coming full circle in the dance world, Mrs. McCray Gough and Olivia McCauley are ready to create the dance experience.
